Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips
  • Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce
  • Shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Fresh lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan. 
  3. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese. 
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Remove from oven and top with chopped cooked shrimp.
  6. Drizzle with Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce.
  7. Finish with sliced green onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
  8. Serve immediately.
