Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips
- Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce
- Shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
- Cooked shrimp, chopped
- Green onions, sliced
- Fresh lemon wedges
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped cooked shrimp.
- Drizzle with Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce.
- Finish with sliced green onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Serve immediately.
