New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board with Horseradish & Cocktail Sauce

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a stunning charcuterie board featuring brie, seafood, and the rich flavors of Bookbinder’s Horseradish and Cocktail Sauce.

Cocktail Sauce, Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish

Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce
  • Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish
  • Cooked shrimp 
  • Smoked salmon slices (optional)
  • Mini crab cakes or seafood bites (optional)
  • Assorted crackers and crostini
  • Sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes or carrots
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
  • Cubes of sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • Grapes or apple slices
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place your brie clock in the center. On one side, set a small bowl of Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce surrounded by shrimp and seafood bites. 
  2. On the opposite side, set a small ramekin of Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish alongside smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and crackers. 
  3. Arrange meats, cheeses, and fruits around the board for pops of color.
