Ingredients:
- 4 sausages (chicken, pork, or turkey)
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Bookbinder’s Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss apples and onions with olive oil, Bookbinder’s Stone Ground Dijon Mustard, and maple syrup.
- Spread on a baking sheet, nestle in sausages.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until sausages are browned and apples are tender.
