Maple Mustard Sausage and Apples Sheet Pan Dinner

A quick weeknight sheet pan dinner of sausages & apples, made bold with Bookbinder’s Stone Ground Dijon Mustard.

Ingredients:

  • 4 sausages (chicken, pork, or turkey) 
  • 2 apples, sliced 
  • 1 red onion, sliced 
  • 1 tbsp Bookbinder’s Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss apples and onions with olive oil, Bookbinder’s Stone Ground Dijon Mustard, and maple syrup. 
  3. Spread on a baking sheet, nestle in sausages. 
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes until sausages are browned and apples are tender.
