Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs large shrimp (16–20 count), peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil with lemon halves and salt
  2. Add shrimp and cook 2 to 3 minutes until just pink and opaque
  3. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking
  4. Drain and chill
  5. Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter with lemon wedges
  6. Serve with Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce!
