Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10-12 cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped (small pieces)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce for dipping
Directions:
- Preheat oven: to 375°F. Grease or line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 22-25 pieces, depending on how big you want your Christmas tree shape.
- Add shrimp and mozzarella inside, roll into small balls.
- Place the stuffed dough balls in a Christmas-tree shape on the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush each knot with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle parsley on top.
- Serve with Bookbinder's Cocktail Sauce for dipping.
