Sriracha Sauce Stuffed Tomatoes

These Sriracha Stuffed Tomatoes are a fiery fusion of flavors featuring Bookbinder's Sriracha Sauce, savory ground sausage, melted Monterey Jack cheese, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh minced parsley.

Spicy Sriracha Sauce


½ cup Bookbinder’s Sriracha Sauce
10 Medium Tomatoes, washed
1 lb Ground Sausage or other Ground Meat of choice
½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Fresh Minced Parsley


Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown sausage & mix in Bookbinder’s Sriracha Sauce.

Slice top of tomato to make an opening. Spoon center of each tomato, remove seeds. Brush outside of tomatoes with olive oil.

Add thin slices of cheese around the insides of tomatoes & fill each one with cooked sausage. Top with grated cheese.

Bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted & golden. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes, slowly transfer to a serving platter.

Garnish with parsley & drizzle of Bookbinder’s Sriracha Sauce
