Salmon Cucumber Bites

Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish


  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 lb. Smoked Salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1-2 tbsp. Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish (or more to taste)
  • 1 - 8 oz package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped


  1. Cut cucumbers into slices. Arrange on a platter as desired.
  2. Place softened cream cheese, Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish, and dill in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Spread 1 tsp. of mixture on top each cucumber slice (more or less to taste).
  4. Top each slice with a bite sized piece of smoked salmon.
  5. Serve at once, or keep in the refrigerator until needed.
