Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Bookbinder’s Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
- Mix the parsley, cilantro, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, Bookbinder’s Prepared Horseradish, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Adjust olive oil until it’s as thick or thin as you like.
- Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving so the flavors can come together. Brush over your favorite proteins.
- Keep it in the fridge for up to a week—it gets better the longer it sits!
