  • Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  • Top Sirloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Skewers


  • Preheat grill. Make sure the grates are well oiled prior to cooking to reduce sticking.
  • Rub steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill steaks, turning every 5-8 minutes until they are cooked to preference. Use a food thermometer to test. It’s recommended to cook steaks to at least 145 degrees F.
  • Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
  • Cut steaks into bite-sized cubes. Skewer 3 pieces and drizzle with Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce.
