Grilled Steak Bites

These grilled steak bites are quick to make and packed with bold, savory flavor. Tender pieces of steak are grilled hot and fast, then finished with a punch of heat for a simple dish that works as an appetizer, snack, or easy dinner option. Perfect for the grill when you want something satisfying without a lot of prep.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  • Top Sirloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill. Make sure the grates are well oiled prior to cooking to reduce sticking.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill steaks, turning every 5-8 minutes until they are cooked to preference. Use a food thermometer to test. It’s recommended to cook steaks to at least 145 degrees F.
  4. Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
  5. Cut steaks into bite-sized cubes. Skewer 3 pieces and drizzle with or dip in Bookbinder's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  6. Serve in a Bloody Mary or as an appetizer.
