Ingredients:
- 1 (14–16 oz) bag coleslaw mix
- ½ to ¾ cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey, to balance the flavor
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Bookbinder's Prepared Horseradish, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the dressing and adjust as needed. If you prefer a hint of sweetness to balance the tang and horseradish heat, stir in a small amount of sugar or honey.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss until the cabbage and carrots are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
- Give the slaw a final toss, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled.
