Shelf Stable Prepared Horseradish

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 6 oz tomato juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Bookbinder's Pepared Horseradish, to taste
  • 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Celery salt, to taste
  • Optional: 1 shot vodka

Optional Garnishes:
  • Celery stalk
  • Olives
  • Pickle spear
  • Lemon wedge

Directions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and add the tomato juice
  2. Stir in the Bookbinder's Pepared Horseradish, starting with a small amount and adjusting to taste
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of celery salt
  4. Pour in the vodka if using, then stir well to combine
  5. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
