Ingredients:

   
1 French bread
2 - 3 tablespoons Bookbinder's Dijon Mustard
2 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Paprika

Directions:

Cut French bread into 3 or 4 pieces to fit into toaster oven.  Split each piece lengthwise.  Spread cut surfaces with a thin layer of Bookbinder's Dijon Mustard.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and lightly with paprika.  Toast in oven or under broiler until bubbly and browned at edges.  Serve hot.
