Glaze:
½ cup apricot preserves
3 tablespoons Bookbinder's Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
4 Pork
Chops |

Directions: |

Combine
glaze ingredients. Brush both sides of pork chops. Cook on
preheated grill 7 – 8 minutes each side or under broiler, until
cooked as desired. Brush often with remaining glaze. Serves
4. Note: Makes a fine sauce to brush on barbecued shrimp.
