Preheat oven to 350o F. Sprinkle white pepper on
both sides of trout. Mix together Dijon mustard and
mayonnaise. Thinly spread the mixture evenly on both sides of
trout. Bake, skin side down, for 10 – 12 minutes, until fish
flakes. Sprinkle lightly with Crab & Shrimp Seasoning and serve
with lemon wedges. Serves four. |
